3/14/07: I love to ride my bikes - bicycles, that is. And I hate litter. In fact, I really hate litter. So last night, when I found out that Governor Eliot Spitzer is trying to get an expanded version of New York's Bottle Bill into this year's budget, I wrote the following. Read it if you want; more important, read down through the NYPIRG (New York Public Interest Research Group) alert. They've included some great links that make it really easy to let the legislators know that we want - no, need - clean roadsides and less pointless waste in our dwindling landfill space.
